1/4 tsp. of Cayenne pepper
1 tsp. of Black pepper
1 tsp. of Cumin
1 tbsp. of Ranch seasoning
2 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. Spicy Brown mustard
2 tbsp. of Ketchup
6 cloves of Garlic crushed
1/4 cup of Bread crumbs
Form into oval shaped Patties
Brown on each side for 2-3 minutes
remove and set aside
For Gravy
2 tbsp. of Butter
1Onion Medium size
1 pack of Cremini Mushrooms
1 tbsp. of Garlic crushed
sautee for 3 mins. on medium heat
add additional 2 tbsp. of butter
2 tbsp. of Flour
cook for 3 minutes until everything is browned
2 cups of Beef Broth
1 1/2 cup of Sangria Red wine
2 tbsp. of Banquet browning seasoning
1 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. of Tony’s Creole seasoning
2 tsp. Garlic powder (optional) recommended
2 tsp. Onion powder (optional) recommended
1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. of Cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tbsp. of Brown Sugar
pinch of Salt to bring out flavor (optional)
Serve with Mashed Potatoes or Steamed Jasmine Rice
