Frittelli “veggies fritters”
They are a typical roman dish usually served as an appetiser at Christmas Eve.
Broccoli, zucchini, potato slices and also other kind of veggies dipped in a “pastella” made by only 2 ingredients: flour and water. Deep fried, served warm, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, simply delicious! You have to try!

For the pastella:
400g flour
500ml cold sparkling water
Veggies:
1 small cauliflower
2 zucchini
1 aubergine
