I partecipanti impareranno a fare una schiacciata con verdure, una pasta fresca con il suo condimento ed un dessert tipico, guidati da Chef Francesca (multilingue) e apprezzeranno a tavola i piatti preparati con l’abbinamento dei nostri vini, seguiti dalla nostra Sommelier Barbara che aggiungerà all’esperienza alcune pillole sulle tecniche di abbinamento cibo/vino e su come degustare correttamente un vino.

Situieted on the Valdambra hills, at the height of 300 metres, Poggio Molina farm comprises 90 hectars, 16 of wich are in vineyards. The manor house, dated back to 1700, is at the centre of the estate and, close of it, you find the wine cellar, recently renovated and equipped with the most modern wine making technologies.
