Cooking Tiramisu at home in the Italian countryside

Have you ever tried Tiramisù? It is one of the most popular Italian dessert and it is really worth tasting… Soft biscuits (“Savoiardi”) soaked in a really good coffee, covered with a sweet filling, usually prepared with Mascarpone cheese (as the original recipe). Though in this case, the main ingredient of the filling is ricotta cheese (fresh sheep ricotta). In my opinion, this way it results lighter and tastier. I hope you like it!
