Simple and quick LINGUINE VONGOLE! Delicious!
• Ingredients List
300g Linguine
600g Clams
3 cloves Garlic
3 Chillies
200ml White Wine
Dried/Fresh Parsley
Olive Oil

• Cooking Steps
1. Slice garlic, chillies
2. Start boiling linguine in salted water
3. Add olive oil into pan, toss in garlic and chillies
4. Once garlic browned, add in clams and white wine, cover with lid
5. After 2 mins, add in parsley and continue to let it cook
6. In the meantime, reserve a cup of pasta water and drain linguine
7. Remove some clam meat from their shells and add linguine into pan
8. Toss pasta on low heat until sauce becomes creamy
9. Serve!
