Ingredients

For Lady Finger Cakes

Plain flour – 60gms
Egg Whites – 2
Egg yolks – 2
Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp
Granulated Sugar – 50 gms
Granulated Sugar – 10 gms
Icing Sugar – 10 gms

For Tiramisu;
Mascarpone Cheese – 125 gms
Whipping cream (UHT non – dairy cream)- 180 ml
Eggs – 1
Sugar – 50 gms
Thick cream – 2 tbsps
Corn flour – 2 tbsps
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Soaking Syrup :
Hot water – 1 cup (250ml)
Instant coffee / Espresso – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 40 gms

For Toppings:
Whipped cream – 125 ml
Instant coffee – 1/4 tsp
Cocoa powder for dusting
Lady finger Italian biscuits – 200 gms
Chocolate block – 1 (50gms)
Parchment paper
