Recipe Serves 3-4

Ingredients:
1 can (796ml) San Marzano Tomatoes (You could use any other tomatoes as well)
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Garlic (Finely chopped)
1 medium Onion (Finely chopped)
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 Italian Herb Mix (optional)
Handful of Fresh Basil
500 gms Spaghetti
Parmesan Cheese for Garnish
Salt to taste

Method:
– Crush or Puree the canned tomatoes
– Heat the Olive Oil and add the Garlic
– Sautรฉ till garlic become aromatic and the add the onions
– Sautรฉ onions till translucent and then add the chilli flakes and the Italian mix
– Then add the crushed tomatoes and some salt to taste
– Simmer the sauce for about 5-8 mins and then add then tear up the Basil with your hands and add it into the Sauce
– Boil 3L of water with enough salt
– Then add the spaghetti and cook it done to your preference
– Add the cooked spaghetti into the sauce and mix in thoroughly
– Sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese and enjoy the deliciousness
