Our villa is located a few kilometres far from the centre of Cortona, the Etruscan town immersed in the beautiful green Valdichiana. Currently, they are both under renovation.
The Villa is an ancient stone farmhouse under renovation. It stands at the foot of the old Etruscan town Cortona. The building has a swimming pool and it is surrounded by a wide garden. From the entrance of the villa, you immediately have access to the hall with the stone fireplace. On the same floor, there are a kitchen, dining room, double-size bed bedroom, bathroom with shower and laundry room. On the first floor, there are other 4 double rooms and 3 bathrooms with shower.
