Lasagne is an italian dish of stacked flat pasta sheets, mince filling and creamy sauce topped with cheese. You can top if off with variety of vegetables or just add cheese to your heart’s desire!
I have used the gluten free option of lasagne sheets called Palmini which is a natural plant known as heart of palm. When this plant is cut and cooked in a proper way its resemblance to regular pasta is remarkable.

Method:

Filling

Beef Mince 500 grams
Onion chopped 1 medium
Garlic Paste 1 Tablspn
Salt 1/2 Tspn
Pepper 1/2 Tspn
Oregano 1/4 Tspn
Marinara Sauce 2 cups
Coriander chopped a bunch

White Sauce

Butter 4 Tablspn
Flour 3 Tablspn
Milk 2 Cups
Chilli Flakes 1 Tspn
Salt 1/4 Tspn
Pepper 1/4 Tspn
Oregano A Pinch
Mozarella Cheese 1/4 cup

Assembly
Lasagna Sheets 12 sheets boiled
Beef Mince filling
White sauce
Mozarella and Cheddar Cheese
Capsicum rings
Black olives
Oregano for sprinkling

Bake at 180 degree celsius for 20-25 minutes and till cheese bubbles with golden brown crust.
