This Earth Day, five chefs from five different countries will share one common mission: fight food waste at home. Pick a class and learn sustainability tips and tricks from the world’s best. Get your ingredients ready and start the change.

ABOUT CHEF MICHAEL VAN DER KROFT
Chef Michael was born in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He’s lived all over the Netherlands for work but Rotterdam has always been his home. He started cooking in Italian restaurants and making pizzas before continuing his way through different kitchens. It’s also where he got his inspiration to only cook with Dutch ingredients. The Italian way of cooking is cooking with local ingredients and we have plenty to offer in the Netherlands. He owns his own restaurant in Rotterdam called Tres.
