Thought I’d make an eggless version of the Battenberg in the exciting new 48SS Digichef Digital Oven from @morphyrichardsIndia. I first baked this tea cake way back in 2012, and am happy to say this version is just as delicious!
The cake is wrapped in chocolate plastique which is edible of course and definitely yum. It’s an interesting and satisfying baking project to undertake especially since a lot of us are under yet another lock down. Please stay safe, and happy baking!
