I am such a huge fan of Italian food and Bruschetta has a very special place in my heart. For me food and memories go hand in hand. I was a teenager, footloose and fancy free and visited Italy for the 1st time and having Bruschetta there with my newly met friend Enzo who prepared it. That made a lifelong impression on me. Every time I eat it I just don’t have a great dish but I am also eating a piece of my own history. To me that is a very powerful thing.
With my cooking series “Around The World In 80 Meals”, I am recreating in my kitchen all sorts of different kind of foods I have eaten around the world.
I have lived on 3 continents and in 6 countries and have travelled to and visited over 50 countries.
In each place I have, tasted, savored, eaten and cooked so many different types of food. I am drawing from my experiences and sharing them together with my real life stories here on YouTube.
