The spritz is not really a “place” but you can order it and drink it anywhere in Veneto (and now also in Italy) so in some respects it becomes a must try when you visit Padua. A Spritz or Aperol Spritz, is an Italian wine-based cocktail, commonly served as an aperitif. It consists of prosecco, Aperol and soda water.
