Creamy Veg Tagliatelle Pasta ( #bechamel sauce)
we do think of pasta as a culturally Italian food, it is likely the descendent of ancient Asian noodles. A common belief about pasta is that it was brought to Italy from China by Marco Polo during the 13th century.
Ingredients required-
We need blanch vegetables and boil our pasta at first.
50g of broccoli
25-30g beans
(You can add your choice of vegetables).
Boil the pasta-
100g fresh or dry pasta
1 ltr of water
10g salt
Boil the pasta for about 7-10 mins
Pasta should be Al-dente.
For White sauce-
Half onion
1 bay leaf
4 pcs of cloves
50g all purpose flour
50g butter
500 ml milk
Touch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Whisk it properly to avoid any lumps
For the final product-
2 tbsp olive oil (also add 10-15g of butter)
15g chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 green chili chopped (you can also use chilli flakes)
2 ladles of pasta water
2 ladles of White sauce ( bechamel sauce)

20-25 of cheese (I have used processed cheese, authentically parmesan cheese is used).
Chopped parsley at last.
Garnish the dish with lil more cheese.
