Cooking arroz negro con tinta de sepia ( cuttlefish ink) with baby squid and king prawns for 2 person.
Ingredients used;
– 1 cup Fragrant black whole grain rice( Italian rice)
– 5 pcs squid ( cut into 3)
– 6-7 pcs king prawn
– 1 shredded ripe tomato
– 1 green bell pepper
– 1 medium white onion (diced)
– 2 cloves garlic ( chopped)
– olive oil
– 250 ml caldo de mariscos ( seafoods broth)
– cuttlefish ink ( tinta de sepia)
– salt and black pepper to taste
