Pan de MIC?????Yes, it is guys! It is a dinner roll stuffed with Mushroom, Italian 4 cheeses, and Chicken (MIC) in Asado Sauce.
Dinner rolls are popular in Eastern Europe and the U.K. This is my take on Natasha’s Kitchen’s dinner rolls episode on youtube, so much credit to her. This Filipinized dinner roll is so filling and delicious paired with cold juice or coffee.
The asado sauce complements very well the bread’s texture as it sips thru its fluffiness. The mushroom and chicken combo find a match with the Italian 4 cheeses’ saltiness.
