This was my take on the Italian meatball sub sandwich on the Blackstone griddle. I wish I would have made the meatballs by hand with some spicy pork mixed with some beef and seasoning but it still turned out extremely good. Throwing a little Italian seasoning in the marinara really hit the spot.
