Here’s what you do:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

2. In an oven safe dish, combine tomatoes, olive oil, italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Stir until combined and then place in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

3. Bring water to a boil and add a heavy hand of salt.

4. In a large saucepan, add 1/4 cup olive oil, garlic, and red chili flakes. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes the garlic is fragrant.

5. Next, add in lemon juice, white wine, salt and pepper, and stir continuously for about 6-7 minutes until the sauce has slightly reduced.

6. Add your noodles into the boiling water. Cook for 1-2 minutes less than what the box calls for.

7. After the sauce has reduced, add in the butter. Also, time to pull your tomatoes out of the oven.

8. Once the butter is melted the noodles should be ready. Save, 1/3 cup pasta water.

9. Add the noodles, tomatoes, and basil into the sauce. Combine until everything is mixed together.

10. Optional, add parmesan cheese. ENJOY!
