This is the perfect snack anytime. This recipe is very easy and quick to make, delicious and healthy!
Ingredients:
For mushrooms:
Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic, minced – 1 tsp
Mushrooms, sliced – 1 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes – 1/4 tsp
For avocado mixture:
Avocado, mashed – 1
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice – 1
For brushchetta:
Bread slices – 8
Extra virgin olive oil – as required
Instructions:
1. Add olive oil to a pan and add garlic to it. Saute till garlic turns golden brown.
2. Add mushrooms and saute till the moisture released by mushrooms dries up.
3. Add salt, black pepper, oregano and chili flakes and mix.
4. Keep aside.
5. In a bowl, scoop out an avocado. Mash it with a fork.
6. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice and keep aside.
7. Take any bread of your choice and apply extra virgin olive oil on both sides on all slices. Toast the bread.
8. Apply a layer of avocado on the bread and arrange the mushrooms on top.
9. Enjoy!!
