Bread slices
Garlic cloves – 4-5
Butter – 2 tbsp.
Chilli flakes – 1/2 tbsp.
Organo – 1/2 tbsp.
Shredded mozzarella cheese – Handful

Green avocado pasta:
Pasta – 1 small bowl
Avocado – 1
Mint leaves – 8-10
Spinach – handful
Coriander leaves – handful
Chilli flakes – 1 tbsp.
Oregano – 1 tbsp.
Butter, garlic, chilli flakes melted mix – 1 tbsp.
(same mix is used for garlic bread spread)
Pepper powder – 1/4 tbsp.
Salt for taste
Cooking oil – 1 tbsp.

Quinoa soup:
Qunioa – 1 small bowl
Mix vegetable – 1 small bowl
Green chilli – 1
Pepper powder – 1/4 tbsp.
Mint leaves to garnish
Cooking oil – 1 tsp
Corn/any flour – 1/2 tbsp.
Salt for taste
