Gennaro matched Penne Pomodoro with Merlot / Corvina, Ponte Pietra, Tagliatelle Bolognese with Jamie’s Favourite Torrione, Petrolo and Penne Carbonara with Calvarino Soave Classico, Pieropan. Tasty!
