This is a REFRESHING, tangy Salad.
Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber
7 pcs cherry tomatoes
Handfull black olives
1 pcs red onion
Salt
Black pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
Balsamic vinegar
Little bit of lemon juice
Method:
To the bowl add sliced cucumber, cutted cherry tomatoes, black olives and red onion.
Add salt, black pepper, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar and little bit of lemon juice.
Mix all together.
Ready to serve. Grateful with grilled fish.
