A quick and easy chicken fillet recipe. Ideal for family dining.
Ingredients:
· Chicken fillet – 2 pcs;
· Eggs – 2 pcs;
· Cream – 150 ml;
· Salt, Provencal herbs, curry to taste.
Cut the fillet into cubes. Salt. Mix. Pour into a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs and cream. Add the Provencal herbs and curry. Mix. Pour the mixture into a container with meat. Mix.
Chop the tomato and place it on top of the meat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bake 20 minutes – 200 °. Enjoy your meal!
