On February 11th, ICCO Canada hosted the first class of the “Great Italian Wines – Understanding Indigenous Grape Varieties” series focused on Italian wines organized in collaboration with Cavinona, Terroni’s exclusive wine agency.
The this masterclass we explored two leading Italian producing areas, the indigenous varieties, terroir and the unique characteristics of “Noble” Nebbiolo and Valpolicella Varieties.
This event is part of the True Italian Taste project, promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
