INGREDIENTS;
200 gr Rotini pasta
150 gr Salami sliced
250 gr Cherry tomatoes halved
1/2 English cucumber
1/2 Medium red onion
200 gr Fresh mozzarella balls
100 gr Black olives pitted
100 gr Roasted Red peppers Homemade Dressing
Parsley finely chopped Ingredients;
Olive oil
White wine vinegar
Parmesan grated
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Granulated sugar
1 Garlic clove pressed
1/2 tsp Dried oregano
1/2 tsp Dried parsley
1/2 tsp Dried basil
3/4 tsp Fine sea salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper to taste
