We have collaborated with Coia’s Café in Glasgow to bring you a special dining experience and virtual gin tasting to ‘share the love’ this Valentine’s weekend.
WHO ARE COIA’S CAFE?
A third-generation family-owned Italian restaurant, Coia’s is a Glasgow institution, renowned for their authentic Italian pasta, meat dishes, incredible ice creams and warm welcome.
Here at Eden Mill, we like to support and work with small and local businesses and we’ve enjoyed the brilliant food of Coia’s for decades with our own families. In the spirit of sharing the love, we have teamed up with them to bring a special three-course menu and Love Gin virtual tasting experience to you on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th of February.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE HOME DINING EXPERIENCE?
Included in the specially curated menu is as starter of Coia’s Antipasto for 2, delicious main courses of Tortelloni Valentino and Rigatoni Salsicia and two beautiful desserts, Sticky Toffee Pudding and a White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake, all easily prepared at home with instructions from Coia’s chefs.
HOW DOES THE VIRTUAL GIN TASTING WORK?
Once you have enjoyed your meal you will be invited onto our virtual tasting to explore a variety of Eden Mill gins, including our Love Gin range and be one of the first to receive our new bespoke miniature bottles and limited-edition gins – there will also be some exciting gifts up for grabs!
One of our wonderful and knowledgeable brand ambassadors will be hosting the session on Saturday 13th February at 8PM where you will sample 7 of the 12 gins from the set and will be coached through a variety of flavours and how to pair each gin perfectly with the suggested mixers and garnishes.
As with our in-person gin tastings, there will be lots of laughs and a quiz and this time around the prizes up for grabs are some of our new and favourite products!
One set can be enjoyed by 2 people (or if 1, please pour sensible measures).
An email will be sent to all participants the week of the tasting advising of the suggested mixers and garnishes and will include the login information to access the tasting experience on Zoom!

– 12 x 5cl bottles beautifully presented in our Eden Mill gift box.
– 2 x branded tulip glasses
