Ciao beautiful people, today I share with you all THE REAL RECIPE to make Italian Spaghetti carbonara. Stop buyig that random white sauce from the supermarket, I don’t know why they call it “carbonara sauce”.
Recipe:
-100 grams/3.5 oz Parmesan cheese
-3 eggs
-150 grams/ 5.3 oz of pancetta (bacon)
-generous pinch of italian herbs
-300 grams/ 10.6 oz Spaghetti pasta
