Search for:

20 small peppers or 4 big peppers green, yellow, red – your choice
1 lb ground turkey
1 bag frozen tri colored peppers $ onions
4oz tomato paste
2 tbs Italian spices
Salt & pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Provolone cheese

Cook the ground turkey, salt & pepper, with Italian spices,
Half way through cooking ie 4mins, add tomato paste.
2 minutes later add bag of peppers and onions to ground turkey.
Let it all mix together, cook uncovered
5-7 more minutes, stirring regularly.

Clear the tops and seeds of the mini peppers, or big ones – your choice. Stand peppers up against each other in a bread pan so they hold each other up.
Slice Provolone into small strips if you are using the mini peppers.
Place a small strip into each of the peppers.
Using turkey veggie mix stuff the peppers.
Place strips of cheese on top of each pepper.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Serve with salad and enjoy!
