Ingredients:
250 gm Spaghetti
1/2 Cup boiled minced Chicken (Keema)
1 Cup diced Broccoli
1 Cup sliced Button Mushroom
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Pecoino Romano Cheese
2 Tbsp chopped Garlic
1 Tsp Spring Onion Whites
1 Tsp dried Basil
2 Tsp Black Pepper powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Oregano
Salt to Taste
2 Cup Chicken Stock
Olive Oil as Required

Procedure:
In a Large Pan..Pour in Chicken Stock and Plenty of Water..Boil
Pour in 1 Tsp Salt in Water..Mix
Shred the Cheese about half a Cup..
In another Pan..Pour in Oil
Pour in Garlic..Fry
Pour in Spring Onion Whites..Fry
Pour in Broccoli..Fry lightly
Pour in Mushrooms next..Fry
Pour in the Keema..Fry
Pour in Spaghetti to boil..
In a Bowl Break Eggs..And Mix in Cheese
In Frying Pan..Pour in Oregano,Basil & Red Chilli Flakes..Mix
Pour in 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper powder..Mix
When Spaghetti Boils..Pour in the Spaghetti in Frying Pan..
Pour in the Spaghetti Water
Immediately Pour in the Egg Mixture..Mix constantly to form Sauce (delay will cause the egg to et Scrambled)
Dish out Spaghetti immediately
Garnish with BlackPepper & Cheese on Top
Serve hot…ENJOY
