Spaghetti Alle Vongole – how to cook Vongole or Clam pasta๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿง€๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿพ

Spaghetti Noodles:
1/2 kilo spaghetti noodles
Cook this in boiling water with salt until 11 minutes only (pls do not overcook)๐Ÿœ
Once cooked, drain pasta removing the water and set aside

Vongole pasta sauce:
1 kilo fresh clams (washed and drained)
1-2 cups White Wine (I used Copperstone CHARDONAY- if you want to order, just send me a message๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’•)
1 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 whole garlic – chopped into slices
1 medium size white onion- chopped
Black pepper
Salt
Herbs (like basil etc either dried or fresh will do- I used McCormick Italian dried herbs para mixture of everything๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜‹
Grated cheese ( I used keso de bola๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜‹)
โค๏ธChopped SILI, chili flakes and chili olive oil (optional if u want more kickโค๏ธ)

Letโ€™s cook:
Sautรฉ in 1-2 cups of olive oil the garlic and white onion
Add in the fresh clams
Add in spices- salt,pepper, cheese, herbs,sili
Add 1-2cups of CHARDONAY or any white wine available๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚
Simmer until clams opens for about 7-10mins

Once cooked, add in the cooked pasta. Mix well to coat in all noodles evenly with Vongole Sauce
Top with additional grated cheese๐Ÿง€, chili flakes๐ŸŒถ and herbs๐ŸŒฟ
