“MADE IN ITALY: Q&L” is organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Hong Kong and Macao with the purpose of promoting all things “Made in Italy” in the Hong Kong and Macao territories. In collaboration with ICC, we are pleased to showcase the best of Italian culinary.

-Homemade Pappardelle with Pork Ragout and Pecorino Cheese
Meaty pork ribs add hearty flavor to this ragout, which marries perfectly with homemade pappardelle, wide ribbons of egg pasta. The pasta is topped with freshly grated pecorino romano cheese, an aged sheep’s milk cheese made in the countryside around Rome. Aged pecorino sardo or pecorino siciliano, from Sardinia and Sicily, respectively, is a good substitute.
These thin and wide ribbons of gorgeous pasta are the perfect bed to this hearty ragout. It is the pasta equivalent of silk sheets.
