Learn to make asparagus & spinach frittata in the oven!

Ingredients:
Asparagus (175g)
Spinach (200g)
Shallots (2)
Salt (1 Tsp)
Quark (75g)
Free Range Eggs (8)
Rapeseed Oil (2 Tbsp)
Nutmeg (1/4 Tsp)
How to Make a Frittata in the Oven Step-by-Step
1. Preheat Oven to 350°F
2. Place a non-stick pan with an ovenproof handle into the oven for 7-10 minutes until warm
3. Steam asparagus, sliced shallots & spinach and leave to cool
4. In a large mixing bowl crack eggs. Mix in salt & nutmeg
5. Add all vegetables and quark into the egg mixture. Season well with black pepper and lightly mix.
6. Brush the hot pan with 2 tbsp. of rapeseed oil, place the pan onto a low-medium heat and add the mixture into the pan.
7. Cook the mixture on top of the stove for 15 minutes and finish in the oven for 10 minutes until set.
8. Leave for 3-4 minutes before serving.
