بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
Fritata
Ingredients:
Eggs: 8
Onions: one cup
Bell pepper green: half cup
Bell pepper red: half cup
Green onion : half cup
Spanich: half cup
Potatoes: boiled 3 medium
Salt: half tsp
Black pepper: half tsp
Chilli flakes: half tsp
Oregano: half tsp
Garlic: grated one tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese: 2 tbsp
Olive oil: 2.5 tbsp
Procedure:
1. Add Oregano, salt, black pepper and chilli flakes to eggs.
2. Whisk eggs.
3. Take 2.5 tbsp olive oil and add one cup onion.
4. Saute on high heat.
5. Now add red and green bell pepper and saute.
6. Add green onion and saute.
7. Add spanich & boiled potates and saute on high heat.
8. Now add whisked eggs and cover and cook in low heat for 3 mins.
9. Remove the cover and add Mozzarella Cheese.
10. Cover it and cook for 13 to 15 mins on low heat.
11. You may need to check a few times, to see how well the frittata is setting.
12. Mine one took 20 mins on low heat to set.
13. Flip it and cook for 3 mins on low heat.
14. Flip it again and serve it warm
15. Yummy frittata ready.
