Ingredients:
Medium sized Eggs- 2
Sugar- 45g (4 Tablespoons)
Flour- 45g (6 Tablespoons)

Steps to make the Italian Sponge Cake:
Step1: In a mixing bowl, Add the eggs and blend it for 20 seconds.
Step2: Add Sugar and blend it for 10-12 minutes.
(Until it becomes pale in color and creamy texture)
Step3: Add the sifted flour in 3 parts by folding in and mixing it gently.
Step4: Once the flour is fully corporated, Transfer it into a parchmented or greased baking pan and Tap it to remove the air packets.
Step5: Bake in Oven at 180°C for 20 minutes (OR) Bake in Stove at low flame for 25 minutes.
Step6: Release the sides and unmould the cake.
