Welcome to our first cooking vlog of 2021! Today we’re trying a Keto friendly version of a recipe that Adam loves. This is an Italian Sausage and Peppers one pan meal! This turned out even better than we had hoped and we definitely encourage you to try it! It was fast, cheap, made a ton, and it was SO good! Plus, it was keto! Win-win-win!
Ingredients:
Italian Sausage
Bell Peppers
Onions
Garlic
Cherry Tomatoes
Marinara Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil
Prepare ingredients as shown in video and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Once sausage is cooked through, cut it into bit size pieces, return to pan with onions, peppers, tomatoes and garlic and top with cheese. Bake for 2 more minutes. Serve and top with a light amount of marinara sauce. Enjoy!
