* 300gr (10,5oz) (2 and ½ cups) all purpose flour
* 180gr sugar (6,3oz) (9/10 cup)
* 150ml (5floz) (2/3cup) vegetable oil* (if you prefer add butter instead of oil 180g (6oz) (3/4 cups) melted butter
* 120ml (4floz) (1/2cup) milk
* 3 tsps baking powder
* 1 no treated lemon zest, grated
* Vanilla flavour
* A pinch of salt
