Hi guys in this video I explain the difference between lasagna and timballo.

As I already said in my previous video I come from Abruzzo in Italy and this is another nice dish from my place! If you like you can add green peas (but before you need to cook them in a pan with water & little bit onion and put at the end with mushrooms,if you like also boiled eggs -someone does it-.)

For BOLOGNESE I used:
700 gr minced beef
1 carrot
1 onion
celery
1,5 lt tomato sauce
olive oil
salt
Fry to give the taste to olive oil a diced carrot, little bit celery, with onion (personally I only clean it and put whole so that I can take it out almost at the end and in this way I know when my BOLOGNESE is ready 😉 !! ) add minced beef let it cook, put salt, red dry wine. Wait for wine to evaporate, put tomato. Cook in slow fire for 3 hours!
