4g Malt syrup
160g Bread flour

2 large Eggs
100mL Whole milk
70g Sugar
320g Bread flour
Zest from 1 lemon
10g Salt
100g Butter
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
120g Candied orange & lemon peel
60g Raisins
60g Sliced almonds
