Ingredients for about 50 cookies:
• 300 g of „00 type“ flour
• 150 g of almond flour
• 200 g of butter
• 2 small packages of vanilla sugar
• 50 g of sugar

A simple step by step guide (for both beginners and pro’s) on how to cook a ridiculously simple desert – vanilla almond cookies (in Germany also known as „Vanillekipferl“). It will be appreciated by young and old people, trust me. It is not a fully Italian recipe, but we are using Italian ingredients, in particular the flour type 00. And it is so simple to prepare, so I couldn‘t resist sharing with you!
You will learn:
1. how easy and basic the few steps are to prepare a delicious sweet.
2. that you will only need a very small selection of ingredients.
3. the importance of respecting the right timings.
4. that delicious long lasting cookies can be prepared very easily.
5. finally to become more independent from restaurants with homemade quality food (especially those many scam ones) – this is important in times of lockdowns, difficult access to groceries and closed restaurants!

To sum up: These cookies have a low cost level, a medium difficulty level, and a high joy level!
