These rustic biscuits are typical Italian (“Ciambelline al vino”) the traditional recipe uses white or red wine and anise. I prepared them with Vin Brulé (spiced red wine) and cinnamon to give it a more special touch. They are easy to prepare and ideal gifts! (suitable for vegans!)
