Italian Style Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients:

Leguine n.13 Pasta
Egg yolks
Meat or bacon
Salt
Parmesan Cheese
Olive oil

Procedures:
1. Fry chopped meat with a little amount of Olive oil until it becomes golden brown.set aside.
2. In a pot ,boil water and stew the pasta for 8 minutes until it becomes tender.
While waiting for the pasta,
3. Make a mixture of eggyolks and parmesan cheese.stir and set aside.
4. After 8 minutes of boiling the pasta, drain it.
# Get some little amount of hot water and put it in the mixture of eggs.
5. In a pan with fried meat, mix the cooked pasta and slowly pour the mixture for at least one minute in a very low flame.stir continuously until the mixture sticks together with the pasta.
6. Ready for plating..
Sprinkle parmesan cheese and pepper.
Then serve.
