We will make this amazing fusion dish in 3 easy steps

Step 1
Marination
Marinate boneless chicken pieces with these spices
1 TBsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 TSp coriander powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp hung yogurt

Set aside for 30 mins for best results… At least for 10 mins if running late

Give this charcoal smoke right before you start to cook it

Step 2
Boil your pasta until al dente
You can use any kind of pasta.
Make sure to add salt in the boiling water
Drizzle some olive oil after straining pasta out

STEP 3

Sauce preparation
Special spice mix
1Tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 Tsp coriander powder
1/2 Mango powder (Amchoor)
1/2 Garam Masala
1Tsp kasuri Methi ( Dried Fenugreek)

Stir fry chicken pieces on a pan and take them out once nice golden brown
In the same pan add butter and
1 Tsp chopped garlic
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 Cup milk
Entire spice mix we prepared in step 3
Wisk and mix until the sauce like consistency
Little cheddar cheese
Throw in tandoori pieces once the sauce comes together
Add some chopped parsley
Cooked Pasta
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 Tsp salt
mix and combine it well

This Awesome dish is ready in no time
