RED WINE – OPTIONAL
HOW TO MAKE:
HEAT PAN AND ADD WATER
ADD SALT AND LET THE WATER BOIL
ONCE WATER BOILS ADD ARBELLA SPAGHETTI
CUT TOMATOES FOR MAKING A PUREE
LET’S MAKE BOLOGNESE SAUCE
HEAT PAN AND ADD 2 TSP OLIVE OIL
ADD DICED ONION
SAUTE PROPERLY
ADD 4 CLOVES OF FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC
ADD 1/2 FINELY CHOPPED CARROT
ADD SLICED MUSHROOMS
SAUTE PROPERLY
ADD MINCED MUTTON AND SAUTE
ADD FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER
ADD TOMATO PUREE
MIX WELL
ADD SOME RED WINE AND MIX WELL
ONCE MUTTON IS COOKED ADD OREGANO
ADD 4 TSP ITALIAN SAUCE
ADD SALT TO TASTE
BOLOGNESE SAUCE AND SPAGHETTI IS READY
