This year Nadia Lim, popular celebrity chef, video blogger, entrepreneur, and former New Zealand MasterChef winner, will endorse Italian Cuisine Week 2020 creating a video-recipe inspired by Italian Cuisine.
Lim is known as an advocate for “Nude Food”, food which comes from the land, sea, or sky – eating more natural, unprocessed foods, and for creating healthy, and nutritious recipes. That combined with her background as a dietitian is a perfect fit for the theme of Italian Cuisine Week 2020, which is inspired by the figure of Pellegrino Artusi, which stresses the importance of food in well-being. Last year Nadia Lim and her family spent several months in a small village in the Umbria region, where she used every opportunity to improve her knowledge of Italian food, and immersed herself in the local produce, experiencing firsthand the beauty and variety of Italian regional dishes.
