Ciao amici! This week Sam, Mike & Alex take a trip to Brioso Ristorante in Manalapan New Jersey for some authentic Italian cuisine. We start the meal off as we usually do, with some delicious wine, today a Malbec from the Andes in Argentina called Terrazas. We also taste some fruity & fresh Amarone Ripasso.
After a handful of delicious appetizers we enjoy a variety of phenomenal homemade pastas from mushroom linguine & pumpkin fettuccine to a cheesy ravioli & eggplant marinara rigatoni (the best dish we had). And for our mains some salmon with artichoke & capers and some tender, delectable veal filled with spiced breadcrumbs.
But what may have stole the meal was the mouthwatering, perfectly creamy & refreshing cheesecakes, authentic Italian ricotta & pumpkin. Both insanely good & worth the trip there alone! And Sam ends the meal as he likes to with a nice cigar, tonight a New World AJ Fernandez small cigar.
