Hey guys! You spoke – I listened! Got lots of you asking about orange wine on my poll today…. So… this week’s wine is a lovely orange/skin contact white wine called Vincenzo Bianco from @fattoriadivaira, that I picked up in @weinobib in Dalston 🧡
Weino bib specialise in organic and natural wines and all that is sustainable 👏 we love to see it! 🍷🍷🍷
This is a really interesting white, with crisp yellow apple and plum notes
I think it would be the perfect pairing with a chunk of Stilton 🧀
