Title: Cooking Tuna Broccoli Florentine Pasta Recipe| Korins TV

The word “Florentine” defines an Italian recipe made in Florence, Italy that commonly features spinach in a creamy sauce with chicken or fish. I’ve chose to add mushrooms and bell pepper. The mushrooms and bell pepper adds a lot of flavor and texture to the dish, and mushrooms also complement spinach well. A Florentine sauce is typically a thick sauce made with cream, white wine, and butter, but since I’m low on budget…I modified the wine to milk. I wasn’t able to find any spinach too, so I improvised on broccoli and its’ leaves.

Ingredients:
6 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Onion
2 Parsley stalks, fresh
1 Red bell pepper
Can of whole Mushrooms
1 can Tuna in water
1 Broccoli head
Broccoli stem
Broccoli leaves
Nestle cream
Nestle Fresh milk
Garlic powder
2 T, Cream of Mushroom soup
2 T, Butter
250g Penne pasta
Salt
Italian seasoning (optional)
