BAHAN (4 porsi):
-Daging sapi | 1kg (beli potongan yg biasa untuk bikin rendang)
-Bawang bombay | 1
-Wortel | 1-2
-Seledri | 1
-Kaldu sapi | 1L
-Red wine | 1 gelas (boleh di skip, tapi di Italia pasti pake)
-Tomato paste | 2sdm (kalo ngeskip wine, tambahin jadi 3-4sdm), kalo nggak nemu ganti jadi 300ml tomato sauce
-Rosmarin | 1 batang / 2sdt rosmarin kering
-Daun salam | 3
-Timi (thyme) | 1sdt
-Garam | secukupnya
-Lada hitam | secukupnya
-Minyak zaitun | secukupnya
-Mentega | 25g (nggak wajib tapi bikin lebih endeus)
-Tepung terigu | 30g

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Hey guys! This time let’s make one of my fav Italian comfort food: Spezzatino di Manzo (Italian beef stew)! Spezzatino can technically be made with different types of meat, but “Spezzatino di Manzo” are made with beef since “carne di manzo” means beef ๐Ÿฎ

INGREDIENTS (4 portions):
-Beef | 1kg (get the ones for stews)
-Onion | 1
-Carrots | 1-2
-Celery | 1
-Beef stock | 1L
-Red wine | 1 cup (if for any reason you can’t/don’t want to use red wine, add more tomato paste)
-Tomato paste | 2tbsp (3-4tbsp if not using wine), if you can’t find tomato paste, use 300ml of tomato puree
-Rosemary | 1 stalk / 2tsp dried
-Bay leaf | 3
-Thyme | 1tsp
-Salt | to taste
-Black pepper | to taste
-Olive oil | to taste
-Butter | 25g (optional, but it makes it taste better)
-AP flour | 30g

-Concentrato di pomodoro | 2 cucchiai
-Rosmarino | 1 (fresco) o 2 cucchiaini (secco)
-Alloro | 3
-Timo | 1 cucchiaino
-Sale | q.b
-Pepe nero | q.b
-Olio di oliva | q.b
-Burro | 25g (facoltativo)
