Recipe
3 Rome tomatoes (or 12 oz canned or boxed tomatoes)
½ c. water or broth
3 oz. pasta
1/2 c. onions
4-6 oz. frozen kale
Seasoning (optional)
2 t. balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon each oregano, basil, garlic powder
A shake or two of mustard powder
Put tomatoes in the instant pot; add pasta, other veg, and broth or water
Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
Steam off.
Mix in seasonings, if desired, and serve.
