LENTICCHIE CON SALSICCIA
What we need
Carrots
Patatas
onion
celery
tomato sauce
garlic
lentils (dried not canned)
fresh italian sausage
rosemary(optional)
step one
soak the lentils over night
drain the water next say and wash 4x
cooked for 45 mins in low fire
chopped all the vegetable set a side
prepare tha pan to fry the salsiccia
30secs each side ince ready set aside
prepare to sautee the vegetables
use a good olive oil it makes a diffence
once ready pour the tomato sauce mix well
once start boiling add the cooked lentils
add the Sausage and let it simmer 30mins
toast bread (i prepare sourdough)
then enjoy eating
